Applying for a pilot

An application asks DealerState to review your business for early access. It does not create an account, guarantee acceptance, enroll you in a subscription, or authorize payment.

Scope and commercial terms

The six-week pilot is free and includes setup assistance and development informed by feedback. The pilot lasts 42 days from the agreed setup start date. Before setup begins, we confirm the scope, responsibilities, start date, end date, and timezone in writing. If setup has not begun, we can agree on a new start date. We document extensions for material setup delays caused by DealerState; customer-requested exceptions are considered individually. Setup assistance does not promise unlimited support or a particular setup completion date. Any paid subscription after the pilot requires a separate agreement; there is no automatic paid enrollment. No particular feature request, delivery date, or business result is guaranteed by this website.

Product information

DealerState is evolving during early access. Website examples are illustrative unless expressly described otherwise. Location information is recorded by staff; DealerState is not an automatic GPS tracking or vehicle navigation system.

Satellite previews and uploaded images

Google Maps features are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, incorporated here for those features. Upload only images you have permission to use. Opening an external map does not grant image reuse rights.

Authorized use

Use only accounts and information you are authorized to access. Do not submit false applications, misuse another person’s information, or interfere with the service. Business access is governed by the arrangements agreed during onboarding; this page does not replace a signed customer or pilot agreement.
