Privacy at DealerState

Website inquiries

When you apply, we collect the contact and business details you submit, your operational challenge, your consent to be contacted, and submission and review timestamps. We use these to evaluate pilot fit, respond, arrange a walkthrough, and keep track of the application.

App information

DealerState stores account and profile information and operational records entered by authorized businesses, such as unit locations, jobs, moves, optional customer details, and activity history. Access depends on business membership and assigned permissions.

Service providers

We use Render for hosting, Supabase for authentication and data services, Cloudflare R2 for encrypted backups, Resend for transactional email, Microsoft 365/Exchange for business email, and Porkbun for domain services. They process information needed to provide those services. Inquiries are reviewed by the DealerState operator.

Satellite previews

Optional lot-background previews use Google Maps. Opening a preview sends technical connection information to Google; address searches and the map areas you view are also processed by Google. This feature is subject to the Google Privacy Policy, incorporated here for those services. DealerState does not automatically capture or store the Google preview as your lot image.

Cookies and device storage

Sign-in uses essential session cookies. The application uses device storage for settings, its installed experience, and authorized offline work. This first website version does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics cookies. Hosting services may keep technical access logs for operation and security.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiries while reviewing and following up on them and as needed for operational records. Ask us to correct or delete inquiry information at hello@dealerstate.app. Backup copies may remain until normal retention removes them. For business workspace records, contact your business administrator or us to discuss the request.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop application follow-up. Application consent is not enrollment in a marketing newsletter. We do not sell the information submitted through this website. Please do not submit customer records, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information in an inquiry.
