ONE SHARED PHYSICAL TRUTH.

Built around the work outside

DealerState began with a practical question: why should finding a unit take time away from the work that needs doing?

Built for the way your team works.

DealerState helps businesses keep equipment, movement, and daily work organized in one shared place. Our product development is guided by practical experience and feedback from teams using it in their day-to-day operations.

Our team can walk through your workflow, discuss the setup involved, and help you decide whether DealerState fits your operation.

Built around everyday operations.

DealerState grew out of firsthand work in dealership operations: finding units, coordinating people, and keeping track of what happens across busy lots. The starting point was a familiar frustration. A unit moves, someone needs it, and the search begins because the office and the yard no longer share the same picture.

Those small gaps cost more than a few extra steps. They interrupt service, slow down pickups, and pull people away from the work they came to do. DealerState was created to give that everyday coordination a clear, shared home.

Developed alongside the work.

DealerState is shaped through hands-on use in active businesses. The people checking in units, arranging storage, completing moves, and helping customers bring the details that make the software useful.

Their feedback becomes practical improvements: clearer unit identification, easier ways to find a space, visible responsibility for a move, and a way to flag a location that needs checking. Development follows the friction teams encounter during a real working day.

Different industries. Familiar challenges.

The first pilot began in a marine dealership, but the idea reaches well beyond boats. RVs, trailers, equipment, and containers all need a place, a next step, and people who know what is happening. DealerState is designed around those shared needs, with lots, zones, spaces, and workflows that reflect each operation.

A shared picture your team can act on.

“One Shared Physical Truth” is the goal: a workspace where the office and yard can see recorded locations, planned work, and confirmed moves together. Your team brings the knowledge of what is happening on the ground; DealerState helps everyone work from that same understanding.

As the product grows, the priorities stay practical: make it clear, keep it useful, and listen to the businesses using it. The free six-week pilot begins when setup starts. It is an invitation to put DealerState to work in your operation and help shape what comes next, with no automatic paid enrollment.
