What to have ready
Bring a person to coordinate setup, your lot and space names, authorized unit records, and the team members who will use the app. Please don’t include customer records in your application.
Start focused. Learn from real use.
Together, we start with a manageable area, set up access, and walk through daily tasks. Your team keeps locations current by recording movements and reporting mismatches. Setup effort depends on your operation; we’ll agree on the work before starting. The free pilot lasts 42 days from the agreed setup start date, with no automatic paid enrollment. We confirm the start date, end date, and timezone in writing. If setup has not begun, we can agree on a new start date. Material DealerState-caused delays can receive a documented extension; other exceptions are considered individually. See our pilot information for details.
