A useful starting point

That depends on your lots, spaces, records, and team. We’ll agree on responsibilities before setup and start with a manageable area. Your free pilot lasts 42 days from the agreed setup start date. We confirm the start date, end date, and timezone in writing before setup.

Start with the tasks each person needs: find a unit, record a move, or update a job. Use the pilot to see where people need help.

We’ll discuss whether to continue. Paid service is a separate decision, with no automatic enrollment. Billing is not yet available.

Your business owner or administrator invites you. Accept the invitation, set your password, and sign in with the invited email address.

Yes. Use the web app on your phone or computer. You can also add it to your Home Screen. Push notifications require a supported device, installation where required, and your permission.

No. It shows recorded locations. Record physical moves when they happen and use location checks when the records do not match the yard.

It links to a unit for authorized staff. People without access see a public welcome page. Printer and label-material testing is ongoing.

Use the location-correction workflow to report what is physically there. Units needing verification appear in Location checks.
